Product warranty
PROHEAT products are guaranteed to be defect free at the time of
supply to the purchaser. A check for transport damage is to be
executed as the heater is unpacked. The manufacturer’s liability
is limited to the replacement of faulty heaters.
The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the improper
installation of its products nor for any consequential loss.
We recommend that PROHEAT floor heating is installed by an
experienced installer or cautious DIY person and that electrical
connections be made by a qualified electrician.
