COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The CTM and Capitec Home Improvement Loan Competition (the "Competition") is open to all individuals aged 18 and above who apply for a Capitec Home Improvement Loan at any CTM national store from 15 November 2023 until 31 December 2023.

2. How to Enter:

2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must apply for a Capitec Home Improvement Loan at any CTM national store during the competition period.

2.2 Only completed loan applications submitted in-store will be considered valid entries.

3. Competition Period:

3.1 The Competition begins on [15 November 2023] and ends on [31 December 2023].

3.2 All entries must be received by the closing date to be eligible for the prize draw.

4. Prize Details:

4.1 There will be a total of four (4) winners.

4.2 Each winner will receive a CTM shopping voucher valued at 40,000 South African Rand.

4.3 The CTM shopping voucher is redeemable at any CTM national store and is valid for a period of [insert validity period].

5. Winner Selection:

5.1 The winners will be selected through a random draw, which will take place within fourteen (14) days after the competition closing date.

5.2 The draw will be conducted by [insert the name or organization responsible for the draw].

5.3 The winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their loan application within 14 days of the draw date.

6. Prize Redemption:

6.1 The CTM shopping vouchers will be provided to the winners within 30 days of the draw date.

6.2 The CTM shopping vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.

7. Publicity:

7.1 By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Terms:

8.1 The decision of the judges in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.

8.2 CTM and Capitec reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if they are found to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

8.3 CTM and Capitec reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without notice.

By entering the Competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
