PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS is a premium quality, non-yellowing, solvent based resin sealer that provides a satin finish, superior stain resistance and surface protection. Suitable for low, medium, and high porosity tiles including terracotta, slate, sandstone, cement tiles and pavers, oxided cement floors, terrazzo, natural stone, and quarry tiles. PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS is a penetrating sealer that colour enhances and provides a wet look finish. It is suitable for interior and exterior applications.

DILUTION:

Use as supplied.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

a. Allow 10 - 14 days after laying with a quality tile adhesive before sealing.
b. Clean the surface by sweeping, vacuuming, or dusting and mask off any adjacent surfaces that need to be protected.
c. Use PRO CARE GROUT REMOVER to remove any tile adhesive or grout residues, thoroughly rinse the surface with clean water after neutralizing the surface with PRO CARE HEAVY DUTY CLEANER.
d. Remove any oil or grease stains with PRO CARE HEAVY DUTY CLEANER or PRO CARE SCRUB. Thoroughly rinse the surface with clean water after neutralizing the surface.
e. Allow surface to dry for 24 hours after washing, prior to sealing.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

• Apply PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS to a small area first, to ensure the product produces the required finish.
• Surface must be clean, 100% dry, free of sealers, waxes, and grout residue.
• Apply thin even coats of PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS, in one direction, with a sheepskin applicator or solvent resistant sponge roller. Do not apply with paint rollers or sponges as these may cause bubbles to the treated surface.
• Allow 2 hours between coats. Foot traffic after 8 hours. Do not apply externally if rain is expected within 12 hours. Full cure in 48 hours.
• After 2 hours apply water droplets to 1 tile, if water is absorbed, apply additional coats. A consistent even sheen is required.
• Do not wet tiles or floors for at least 48 hours after sealing. Not suitable for use on polished stone, glazed ceramic, and porcelain tiles. Store and use between 16 ⁰C and 32 ⁰C only.
• Only use PRO CARE DAILY CLEAN to prolong the life of the sealer. Re-apply PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS if signs of wear occur. Wear will vary depending on texture, hardness of surface, area, traffic, maintenance, weather, and use of aggressive cleaners. Expected wear- up to 5 years.
• The coverage of this product is dependent upon the porosity of the surface, surface texture, temperature, and method of application. As a guide 1Lt of PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS should treat 10m2. Minimum of 2 coats required.

PRECAUTIONS & LIMITATIONS:

a. Ensure that the above instructions are adhered to at all times and do not adulterate the product in any way as this could cause failure.
b. Do not apply to damp tiles. Do not apply in direct sunlight and on to hot tiles as this will dry the sealer too quickly.
c. Ensure there is adequate ventilation when applying PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS.
d. Rubber gloves should be used when applying this product. In the event of contamination, rinse skin under cold water. Consult a doctor if irritation persists.
e. Keep PRO CARE STONE SEALER GLOSS away from pets and children.
f. Do not ingest.
g. Do not allow contact with other sensitive surfaces.
