• ELF Laminate Flooring guarantees reliable use over many years.
• ELF provides a guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • Residential areas: Guarantee period ranges from 7 years to a lifetime (maximum 25 years), depending on the product group.
  • Commercial spaces: 5-year guarantee.
• The applicable guarantee period is listed on the product package insert.

• The guarantee covers hygienic, impact-resistant, and long-lasting properties.
• Commercial installations have a 5-year guarantee.
• Flooring must be installed and maintained according to manufacturer instructions.
• Damage not covered includes:
  • Excessive wear or abuse.
  • High mechanical impact/stress beyond normal use.
  • Improper cleaning methods.
  • Damage from pointed/sharp-edged objects (e.g., improperly covered furniture feet).
  • Normal wear and tear, minor scratches.

Extent of ELF Guarantee

ELF will supply a replacement panel from its current range.

The material will be delivered free of charge to the original point of sale.

Installation costs are not covered.

How to Submit a Claim

• Contact your authorized dealer or ELF immediately.
• Provide:
  • Fully completed guarantee card.
  • Proof of purchase.

Optimal Protection for ELF Laminate Flooring

• Entrance areas should have clean-off zones/doormats.
• Commercial spaces with direct outdoor access need built-in clean-off zones.
• Furniture Protection:
  • Attach felt pads to furniture feet and replace as needed.
  • Lift furniture instead of dragging it.
  • Office chairs and castors should have soft wheels.
• Cleaning & Maintenance:
  • Use a hard floor nozzle (brush accessory) when vacuuming.
  • Do not use abrasives or scouring agents.
  • Immediately remove moisture to prevent damage.
  • Do not use steam cleaners.
  • Use only a damp cloth/mop—avoid excess water.
  • Avoid cleaning products that leave residue (use ELF Laminate cleaner).
  • Do not apply wax, polish, or sealant—this may void guarantees.
