How do returns work?
To return items purchased with PayJustNow from CTM, simply follow CTM’s standard returns process. If your return is approved, CTM will inform PayJustNow. Any remaining balance will be canceled, and any money owed to you will be refunded to your PayJustNow wallet.
What if I miss a PayJustNow payment?
PayJustNow payments remain interest- and fee-free as long as you pay on time. If you miss a payment, you’ll have 24 hours to manually pay by logging into your PayJustNow account and selecting the "My Orders" tab. They will also email you a reminder the day before your payment is due.
What if I want to pay the balance sooner?
Yes, you can settle your balance early. Simply log in to your PayJustNow account on their website or app and make the payment. Early payments may even increase your spend limit for future purchases at CTM.
