Here at CTM we believe in a great customer service we have therefore become a registered participant of the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO), who oversees complaints  regarding the Consumer Protection Act.

The CGSO enforces the Consumer Goods and Services Industry Code of Conduct by receiving and dealing with consumer goods complaints by a consumer free of charge and investigating alleged contraventions.

 

What Is A Complaint

When a consumer who referred a complaint to the subscriber and is dissatisfied with the manner in which the subscriber is dealing with it, or the outcome.

The consumer may now refer the complaint to the CGSO.

Timeframe

This must be done as soon as reasonably possible and within 36 months of the consumer becoming aware of the event resulting in the complaint.
