CTM WIN A TOYOTA HILUX COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This competition is open all CTM South Africa and Southern Africa (incl. Eswatini, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Lesotho) citizens only aged 18 years and over.
2. Qualifying competition entrants must have a valid driver’s license
3. This competition is not open to any director, employee or contractor of CTM or any individual indirectly involved in the organisations/events or running of the competition, neither any of the immediate family members, life partners or business partners of the abovementioned individuals and entities.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The closing date and time for entries will be Sunday, 8 January at 17h00. Entries posted thereafter will not be permitted or considered.
6. CTM does not accept responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition are as follows:Individuals will qualify to enter the competition upon spending 5000 or more at any participating CTM store.Competition entries must be submitted automatically when a customer makes a purchase of 5000 more in store. Individuals who make a purchase of 5000 or more through the CTM Online webstore will automatically be entered into the competition
8. The prize is as follows:
   Toyota Hilux double cab. MODEL 2.4 GD_ RB RAIDER AT.
9. The prize is not transferable and is not negotiable.
10. CTM Group reserves the right to alter rules or prizes at their own discretion. Such altered rules and prizes shall become effective immediately after being altered or on such date as may be determined by the CTM Group. No entrant shall have any recourse against the CTM Group as a result of the alterations of the rules or prizes.
11. Shortlisted entrants will be notified of their selection and will be need to give us their consent to include them to the finalist and winner draw event.  
12. Entrants short list will be announced by 31 January 2023
    Completely random selection and verification by the Internal Audit department. The winner will be announced on 4 February 2023
13. The winner must allow CTM a reasonable period to arrange for the car to be registered, licensed in their name. They must provide CTM and/or the dealership all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an identity document, together with a valid South African driver’s licence or that of his or her nominated driver/registered owner, a valid proof of residence and proof of insurance cover for the vehicle upon collection.
14. The winner/s give consent to have their photograph, full name, and province published/broadcast publicly on any media platform/s identified by CTM at its discretion.
15. The decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.
16. The winner uses and accepts the prize at their own risk. CTM and other agencies/entities involved in this competition cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilizing the prize won.
17. CTM reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control and shall not be liable in anyway whatsoever to entrants in such event for any cause or action whatsoever.
18. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above rules will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
